Francesca is a double degree Master’s student at Université Paris Cité and Polytechnic University of Turin, undertaking the Quantum Devices and Nanotechnologies for ICTs course. She received her B.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 2021. Currently, she is working on the Master Thesis as a Visiting Scientist at Quantum Nanostructures and Nanofabrication group at MIT, USA. Her work at MIT focuses on high-temperature superconductors for applications in single-photon detectors.
